鄒世龍是香港出了名的花花公子，但是他在事業上也是很成功的。在美國留學八年之後，鄒世龍回到香港在一家廣告公司任職。這時候，他認識了生命中一個重要的女人——梅艷芳。或許是鄒世龍的笑容迷倒了這位娛樂圈的大姐大梅艷芳帶着鄒世龍走進了娛樂圈，帶他認識了很多人，接觸了很多東西。
梅艷芳當時已經是香港的大姐大了，因為當時梅艷芳的名氣很大。她跟鄒世龍在一起後並不像其他明星一樣高調秀恩愛。對於鄒世龍跟梅艷芳來說，兩人一直都是各忙各的事業，在事業上，梅艷芳給鄒世龍帶來最大的幫助。於是兩人開始公開戀情，鄒世龍成為梅艷芳進入演藝圈後，第一個公開的男朋友。

對於翁美玲來說鄒世龍可能只是一個過客，但是對於鄒世龍來說，翁美玲算是他挺喜歡的一個女孩子。當時翁美玲還是喜歡湯鎮業的，但是由於種種原因，兩人經常吵架分手。1985年5月14日凌晨翁美玲的時候一直撥打湯鎮業的電話，但是一直是關機狀態。翁美玲在臨死之前撥了一個電話給鄒世龍，鄒世龍接聽了電話，當時有察覺到翁美玲的異樣，但是並沒有能及時的去找翁美玲。1985年5月14日在家中開煤氣自殺，享年26歲。
