[Interview with Aarong]
"I thought you were going to be in Europe soon?
She said excitedly, "There are six of us, and we're going to the UK, the Netherlands and a number of other European countries."
"Wow! There's a chance to make some money."
"No, I was just going for a taste and a fun trip. I didn't think about gold, I'm just happy to visit my family in England."
"You've got nothing to play for now! You've got a lot of talent. It's your first time to act as an eagle. You're not very good, but you've done a decent job. Is there a quick fix?
She laughed at herself and said, "Isn't that what I am? I was ready to be pelted with chicken eggs and cursed in the first part of the film, then I was ready to join the industry in the second part, and the third part, 'The Sword of Hua Shan', was just a way to train my acting skills.
"You've been busy all day and night for the last six months, how can you have time for yourself?
"That's right." I haven't been to a hair salon in six months. My hair looks like a "subversive woman" she said, mocking herself.
"You're so busy, you're leaving Kent out, and you're going on stage without him?
"We do have time to go shopping together, but we don't see much of each other.He's filming."
You said you didn't book him for the stage because he's filming. When are you going to ask him to marry you?"
She said, "What? A wedding? No one will marry me! I have to put an ad in the newspaper. Can you put an ad in the newspaper for me? You know, I don't like to create scandals, I don't get much press."
I asked her in a joking tone, and she replied in a joking tone. I asked more seriously.
"Don't you ever think about marriage?"
"Honestly, I don't think about it at the moment, but when I see that my colleagues have children and happy families, I wish I could have a happy family too, but that's just a thought."
"Do you still want to meet a new boyfriend when you have Kent?"
""I am good friends with Kent, but not yet at the stage of Arat and Soo Goo, he has the right to meet many girlfriends. I have the right to choose. People are fickle and who can guarantee what will happen in the future? So at this moment, I can't say for sure. I can't tell you for sure who I will marry in the future."
"But at least for today, Kent is still your best boyfriend!"
She says, "He is often misunderstood as a 'flirt' because of his previous relationship with Tina. I'm the only one who understands him.."
"I'm sure it's enough for him that Yung Mei Ling understands him! Are you promoting him?"
She said. "No, I don't promote myself, and I don't promote others."
If she doesn't practice more in her spare time, she will be in disarray when she takes to the stage.

翁美玲結束射鵰拍攝．目前為登台遊埠而忙
【訪談亞翁內文】
「談談你的近況，你不是快要到歐洲登台了嗎？」
她頗為雀躍地說：「我們一行六人，到英國．荷蘭．歐洲多個國家跑跑。」
「嘩！有機會掘金了」
「不，我只抱著嚐試和玩票性質的心情去，
沒有想過掘金，最開心還是可以順道探探
住在英國的家人嘛！」
「你現在無戲一身輕啦！說起來你也算本事，
你第一次担正演出射鵰，雖然人家給你的評語
不太好，但你也算演得中規中矩，演戲真有速
成法嗎？」
她哈哈地自嘲說：「我不就是速成嗎？拍射鵰第一部份就準備被人掟鷄蛋，被人大罵，拍第二部份就準備入行，拍第三部份『華山論劍』只不過是鍛鍊演技而已。」
「近半年來，你日忙夜忙，那有自己的時間呢？」
「就是嘛。」
翁美玲又再自嘲自諷說：「我半年沒有到過髮型屋了，我的頭髮好像『顛婆』似的。」
「你忙得不可開交，豈不是冷落了阿KEN？你去登台又不預他一份？」
「我們也有時間一起逛街購物的，不過見面的
時間不算太多，你說登台沒有預他的份兒，
因為他要拍戲嘛。」
「你們幾時請飲喜酒呀？」
巴巴拉翁故作驚奇狀說：「怎麼？結婚？沒有人肯娶我啊！我得要在報紙上登『徵婚』廣告，你幫我登段『徵婚』廣告好嗎？你知啦，我一向不愛製造緋問，我的新聞很少，如果這段廣告一出，必定十分震動的！」
我以開玩笑的語氣問她，她亦以說笑的口吻回答我，翁美玲說話的技巧比演技進步得更快，她委實是個聰明女。我較為認真地問：
「難道你沒有想過婚姻的問題？」
翁美玲一本正經地說：「老實說，我暫時沒有這個念頭，不過，當我眼見公司的同事有兒有女，有個快樂的家庭時，我就十分渴望，希望自己也可以擁有一個同樣快樂的家庭，不過這只是想想而已，我的事業剛剛開始，怎會那麼快結婚呢？」
「你有了阿KEN還想結識新男友嗎？」
「我與阿KEN是要好的朋友，但還未至亞叻和秀姑他們那一個階段，他有權結識很多女朋友，
我也有選擇的權利，人是善變的，將來發生的事，誰敢保證？所以這一刻，我也不能肯定地
答覆你，將來我會與誰結婚。」
「但起碼在今日，阿KEN仍是你最要好的男朋友啊！」
翁美玲有感而發說：「阿KEN是個用情專一的人，他常被人誤會『花弗』，就是因為他以前與狄
寶娜的事，還有就是他演奸戲太多，總之，只有我才明白他。」
有翁美玲明白他，相信他已足夠了！「你在為他宣傳嗎？」
她輕輕搖頭說：「不是，我不會為自己宣傳，更不會為別人宣傳。」
翁美玲現時只知道為登台作好準備，她與華仔（黃日華）都只是打天才波的人馬，若不趁空閒多加練習，登上舞台的時候，就會陣腳大亂，臨別之際，祝翁美玲首次登台，旗開得勝！
