With a history of nearly 30 years, Suishaya Japanese Restaurant was renowned for its high quality and authentic flavours, and had pioneered the use of female chefs for teppanyaki. The restaurant was equipped with a Teppanyaki table for more than 20 people, the basement floor had a sushi counter, tatami seating and a separate room for parties of all sizes.
