Yung Mei Ling Says It's Not About Human Trafficking
Yung Mei Ling recently returned to Taiwan from Thailand, and she is very satisfied with the results of her trip. The warmth and enthusiasm of her fans made her feel that the world was full of warmth, which made her forget the cold weather.
After her return, Yung Mei Ling officially organized her fan club. Earlier, she had mentioned that she would not set up a fan club so soon, mainly to avoid being criticized for accumulating fans, and also because reactions from people in the entertainment circle are sensitive. She was worried about public opinion, so she had politely declined the good intentions of her fans several times.
"Has she given in to reality and no longer cares about people's criticisms?"
"They were too enthusiastic. Although I was a bit inconsistent, sometimes you can't just focus on what others think and neglect those who genuinely like you. Since TVB has also been very supportive in helping me organize this, let's join in the fun together!"
"I've heard that joining your fan club requires passing an exam. Is that true?"
Looking into her dark, beautiful eyes, she replied, "It's not an exam at all. It's just that some of the fans are too young and don't know how to handle some situations. Moreover, the social environment these days isn’t very good, so for safety's sake, we just do an interview to screen them. Only those we think are suitable are allowed to join."
"Are there any specific conditions to join?"
"Don’t think that I’m involved in human trafficking. The conditions are very simple—if they are interested and behave well, they can join," she explained.
"Have you set a limit on how many members you plan to recruit?"
"Not yet, but if the number gets too high, we will have to limit it. Otherwise, anyone, even cats and dogs, could join."
In the past, some celebrities who performed in Southeast Asia avoided discussing their boyfriends or girlfriends, because fans who liked them might not necessarily accept the person they loved.
"Have you experienced any fan boycotts because of Kent Tong?"
"Before I left, some seniors did ask me about this issue, but it was quite strange—they actually brought up Kent Tong on their own, asking about his character and whether he treated me well, and so on. So, a lot of the time, I don’t need to avoid the topic."
"Will you be going on stage with Kent Tong next time?"
"No," she said firmly. "Because if I perform with him, the salary will definitely be higher, and many entertainment companies can’t afford such a high price. Besides, it's better for us to pursue our own careers."
Yung Mei Ling feels very fortunate. Her first solo performance was a great success, which made her feel driven to work harder in order to repay her fans' care and support. She hopes to participate in more drama productions so that the audience will accept her even more.

加入影迷會，要考試合格？
翁美玲説不是販賣人口
翁美玲最近由泰國登台回來，此行收穫使她感到十分満意。由於影迷的熱情，驟然間使她覺得世間充満溫暖，不覺天氣的嚴寒。
翁美玲歸來後，便正式組織她的影迷會。在較早時，翁美玲曾經說過，將不會這麼快組影迷會，主要是爲免被人說她招積，而且，圈中人的反應是很敏感的，因爲她怕被人議論，所以，曾多次婉拒了影迷一番好意。
「是否已經向現實低頭，不再理會人家的非議？」
「她們太熱情了，雖然自己有點出爾反爾，但有時不可以只顧別人的非議，而冷落一些喜歡自己的人，旣然無綫也很協助自己辦理這件事，就讓我們湊凑熱鬧吧！」
「聽聞你開影迷會，是要經過考試的，合格才批准入會。」望着她黑漆的眼睛，眞美。
「並不是什麼考試，只不過是她們的年紀太輕，有很多事也不懂得如何處理。而且，現今的社會風氣不大好，爲了安全計，大家只不過進行一次面試，認爲合格的才批准她們加入影迷會而已。」
「有沒有規定要有什麼條件才能入會？」
「不要以爲我有愛販賣人口，條件一切十分簡單，只要來者有意，行爲良好便可以。」她解釋說。
「有沒有打算招收多少個會員。」問題依然離不開影迷會的事。
「目前仍未決定，但如果人數太多的話，當然要作限制，否則豈不是亞貓亞狗也可以參加。」
過去，有些藝人前往東南亞一帶登台，免得了的也不提及男朋友或女朋友的事，因爲，喜歡你的影迷，不一定接受自己心目中所愛的人。
「有沒有遭到影迷杯葛湯鎮業？」
「在啓程之前，也曾有一些前輩對自己說過這問題，但很奇怪，他們竟然主動向我提及有關亞湯的消息，還不斷詢問他的爲人，他對自己好不好等等。所以，很多時，我也不用逃避。」
「下次登台會否與亞湯一齊前往？」
「不會的。」她肯定地說。「因爲與亞湯一齊，薪酬方面一定比較昂貴，有不少娛樂商是給不出這麼高價的，成且，各自搵食更好。」
翁美玲覺得自己很幸運，第一次單獨前往登台，成績如此美満。因而使她有一種奮鬥心理，一定會再努力工作，來答謝影迷的關心。而且，她希望參加多點戲劇演出，使觀衆更加接受她。
