Tong Chun Yip said that he accompanied Yung Mei Ling and her mother to a lawyer firm the procedure for buying property. The lawyer firm is in Tsim Sha Tsui, he went there to handle the sale procedure. On Sunday morning, the bank was very crowded and he worn a suit so he be noticed.
Yung Mei Ling bought a flat. Tong Chun Yip assist her in handling the procedure as he, as a flat owner, has experience. Tong Chun Yip said that the current price of property is low so he wanted to earn more money by buying extra property.
Yesterday afternoon, Yung Mei Ling went to TVB building to discuss the matter of organising a fan club. She said that her fan club will be established on 21st of February. She does not know yet what will be done. Probably, she will cut the cake, receive gifts etc. Many of her fans are ladies.

After the photo shoot for the TV-serie“The Rise & Fall of a Stand-In”, Tong Chun Yip left at once as he had an appointment with Yung Mei Ling to see a Lawyer for handling of the procedure for buying property.
Tong Chun Yip said that Yung Mei Ling goes every day to the TVB building and return to home (Location is Tai Po). It is very inconvenient for her so she was looking for an appropriated flat in Broadcast Drive. There her neighbours are Lydia Sum Tin Ha and Adam Cheng Siu Chow. She intends to buy this flat and Tong Chun Yip accompanies her to handle the procedure of buying property.
