Philip is 76 years old and is still full of vitality. He remembers something of the past that he will never forget.
"At about 8 o'clock in the morning of May 14, 1985, I suddenly received a call from Karen saying that Yung Mei Ling had committed suicide!
At that time, I was so scared that I couldn't make a sound. I immediately told some reporters who were interviewing by TV station.
Everyone rushed to the Baptist Hospital. It was reported that those who arrived early also seen Yung Mei Ling 's body being brought in.
Her death was really shocking at that time. While interviewing, the media shed tears, revealing their true feelings and crying very sad. Reporters and Yung Mei Ling were very intimate. they all liked her sweet smile and she was very kind to people. In the twinkling of an eye for 36 years, I think of the past and feel sorry!"

日前見到陳欣健，他立即說，當年的《大丈夫》劇集，嘉倫、王鍾、黃樹棠都死曬，剩低我一個，好驚好驚！
今年76歲的Philip哥，依然好有生命力，反正每個人都要去，唔驚得咁多。
Philip哥提到嘉倫，令我想起一件永遠難忘的舊事。
1985年5月14日的早上約8時，突然接到嘉倫打來的電話說，翁美玲自殺了！
驚魂未定之際，又接嘉倫電話，翁美玲自殺死咗喇！當時真係嚇到唔出得聲，即刻手震腳震的打俾一些在電視台採訪的記者。
大家一仆一碌趕到浸會醫院，據報早到醫院的，還和翁美玲的遺體擦身而過。
跑台的記者和翁美玲私交甚篤，大家都喜歡她甜美可愛的笑容，對人又很親切無架子。
她的死當時真係好震撼，傳媒一邊採訪一邊流下眼淚，真情流露，哭得非常傷心。
轉眼36年，想起往事，唏噓不已！
當年好老友的嘉倫，在天國好嗎？是否繼續做你的型仔探長？
